He Came to Set the Captives Free! Of all the banners this one is my personal favorite. The background is black broadloom material, fully lined. Most pictures and lettering is done in tissue lame, with exception of waves at the very bottom. The entire banner is trimmed in black sequins, and most graphics are trimmed in matching colored sequins or fabric paint. (see close up pictures on this page). The Lord's sleeve is white satin, there are jewels on the Lord's sword, and chains on the captive's arms. Banner hangs on silver PVC rod (as do most of the banners) with caps and silver hanging cord.
